DAVID BRENNER
Founder and Managing Director
Over the last 15 years, David has played a pivotal role in advancing innovation across a broad range of industries from electronic medical record implementations, to large scale federal government technology transformations, to scaling new business models. Most recently, David was instrumental in advancing PureCycle (PCT) from an early stage start-up to a Nasdaq listed public company in 5 years. David was the Chief Commercial Officer at PCT at the IPO with a valuation of $1B+. During his tenure at PureCycle, David’s responsibilities included strategic leadership, financial modeling, debt and equity fund raising, business development, sales, procurement, and operations.
RICK BRENNER
Managing Director
Rick is an Innventue Co-Founder and served as Chief Operating Officer from 2015 through September 2023. During this period Rick was also the Founding COO of PureCycle Technologies (Nasdaq: PCT) and the Founding CEO of AeroFlexx. He brings over 35 years of experience in disruptive innovation, building successful start-ups and launching new products & companies across a broad range of categories. Prior to co-founding Innventure, Rick founded SPRIM Strategy and Intelligent Innovation and was the Founding CEO of TyraTech, which he led to a successful IPO in 2007. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
